My advice: Do not presume you need angel/VC money, and do what you can to build without it. For many startups, there's a lot of better early stage money out there from non-profit startup incubators and government grants (e.g., SBIRs), and the process of trying to get that money is useful. Beware: some angels and VC are not good people, and many well meaning investors have very different incentives from many founders. If your startup isn't strong enough for you to say "no" to willing investors who are not a good fit, you're probably not ready for investors.
Neurodiversity: When I pull up a few dozen Team pages of VC firms' website at the same time, I do not perceive a high level of neurodiversity.
